the system.
2. To design, develop and implement a module that will handle billing and order
processing for the client and customer
3. To design, develop and implement a module that will handle sales reports,
stock reports, analyze and predicts inventory demands for the client.
Scope:

Web Based Patient Record System with Decision
Support
Specific Problems:
1. Poor communication (whether in one's own language or, as may be the case for
medical tourists, another language), improper documentation, illegible handwriting,

access records in finding the data.

Specific Objectives:
1. Provide quality record management that can be access by the doctors
2. Provide saving time and improvement of client care
3. Shared decision making based on previous records of patient
4. Increase Patient safety based on allergy , harmful anti biotic in patient
records

Scope:
• The study was to develop a record management of the patient that will track
records
• System can only provide records that was only available to that was inserted
via system
• System will suggest differential diagnoses

Limitation:
1. System can only provide with 3 or 5 records per patient
2. System is web based only
