FOR SELLERS question 1

During the first question, the chosen seller Ms. Jen, Ms. Piolita, Ms. Marie, Ms. Maricel,
and Ms. Aurelia were asked about their chosen answers in the survey questionnaire in terms of
effectiveness of selling your desired product/s?. Two of the sellers Ms. Jen, and Ms. Aurelia
answered that they prefer to sell their products through the use of online selling and physical
shops Ramey, K. (2013) stated that business world is using technology in so many ways, they
used it to promote and market services and products, invent new products and services, used for
human resource management, used to understand consumer needs and wants, and so much more.
Ms. Jen and Ms. Aurelia finds online selling and physical shop is very effective in terms of
promoting their products to the customers. While two of the sellers Ms. Marie and Ms. Piolita
answered that they prefer to sell their products through physical shops because their business is a
sari sari store according to them they cannot promote their product through social media because
it is just a sari sari store. One of the sellers Ms. Maricel answered that online selling is effective
for her because it is convenient in terms of promoting and selling your product because social
media/ online can connect you to a wide range of people who uses technology. As what Logan,
K. (2016), stated that technology improves the business' performance in multiple ways and
makes it easier and more convenient to the arising needs of the company and the customers by
choosing the right kind of technology and will not harm both the company and the people, but
only to serve and help improve the business' performance.

FOR SELLERS question 2:

Three of the sellers Ms. Jen, Ms. Aurelia, And Ms. Maricel answer that they find the innovation

of technology useful in terms of selling their product because most of the people nowadays are

more focused in their social media/ online shops. According to them it is easy to sell products

nowadays when the technology invented it is convenient to the sellers because they don’t need to

have their own location spot to sell their products just only by using their own technology. As

what Kotler, P. (2003) stated that the concept of Internet marketing has expanded and brought

more opportunities for companies to approach their customers. In the other hand two of the

sellers Ms. Marie and Ms. Piolita answered that they didn’t find the innovation of technology
useful for their business because they prefer it to sell directly to the customers not through

online.

FOR SELLERS question 3

Three of the sellers Ms. Jen, Ms. Aurelia, And Ms. Maricel answered that it is convenient to

introduce their product by using technology because according to them people nowadays

especially millenials are focused in their own gadgets. And it is easier for the sellers to share

informations about their products to the customers. According to Kotler, P. (2003) Nowadays,

the Internet, particularly websites has been becoming a popular media for any firms to introduce

their products and services. While two of the sellers Ms. Marie and Ms. Piolita answered that

they didn’t find out the technology as a convinient way to introduce the product to the customers

because they said that it would be better if you personally introduce the product to the customers

rather than posting it in social media.

FOR SELLERS question 4

Three of the sellers Ms. Jen, Ms. Aurelia, And Ms. Maricel answered that technology help them

in establishing connections with their customers because according to them it is easier to

communicate with your customers because of the technology nowadays. As studied by Shirma

V., et al. (2016) Internet provides great benefits for businesses in terms of communication. As

well as, it makes easier for the customers and the clients be connected and have a good
relationship with each other because it builds a strong network. Besides, it is competent to

communicate with each other about the products, the quality of their service, and share feedback

to improve the business. In the other hand two of the sellers Ms. Piolita and Ms. Marie answered

that technology didn’t help because according technology is just a past time while waiting for a

customer.

FOR SELLERS question 5

All of them answered that online applications are efficient in terms of selling their products

because of the good transactions and you are sure that your product is safe and durable on

Shankar et al. (2011) stated that social media is a place where consumers can learn more about

their favourite companies and the products they sell.

FOR SELLERS question 6

All of the seller have the same answer Ms. Jen, Ms. Maricel and Ms. Piolita, Ms.Aurelia, and

Ms. Marie . According to them they create a promo and post it or announce it in social media.

Accoring to Rowley (2001) stated that Internet Advertising is a form of advertising that uses the

Internet to attract customers.
