SECOND preliminary examination


General Instruction:

• If a printer machine or a print shop is available in your place, then you can print out this
test questionnaire. Otherwise, you can write your answers in a separate sheet of a short
bond paper. (Much better to print it out.)
• Do not forget to write your Full Name in the TQ.
• Avoid reproducing this TQ in a number of copies without my permission. Anyone who will
be caught doing so will be scored “0” zero in the said examination.
• Students who will receive this TQ must be paid for his/her “Second preliminary
examination” in order for your scores to be recorded. Otherwise, the scores will not be
recorded unless the student will pay the said Second Preliminary Examination amount.
• Kindly take a picture of your receipt/s and post it in the comment section of my post about
this so that I can easily check it.
• You are advised to compile this one with your Second Preliminary activities and must be
stapled together upon submission. In the front page you should write your FULL NAME,
