Subject: ANNOUNCEMENTS RE DISTRIBUTION OF REPORT CARDS,

SCHOOL BASED CHECKING OF FORMS, GENERAL ASSEMBLY,
EARLY REGISTRATION, AND CLASSROOM OBSERVATION
Date: January 27, 2020

1. Distribution of report cards, general assembly, and blessing of the school stage
will be on February 13, 2020 (Thursday).
2. School based checking of forms is moved to February 6, 2020 (Thursday).
Advisers must prepare the following (only if applicable): birth certificate, SF9,
SF10 or ECCD checklist, kindergarten progress report, certificate of completion
for kinder, SF1, SF2
3. Early registration will be scheduled on February 8, 2020 (Saturday). Committee
members are as follows:

Chairman: Bryan Jester S. Balmeo

Co-Chairman: Mezzalei Gonzales
Members: All teachers

4. All teachers are encouraged to prepare for their lesson plans and be ready for an
observation anytime.
