In conclusion, this site analysis has many advantages and disadvantages before doing a development. For example, from the observation, Uitm Seri Iskandar front lake located at a strategic location. This is
because it located at center of the town, which is near to main road, shopping mall, mosque, residential area and learning area. Beside that the front lake also have beautiful environment and provided fresh air. But
this Uitm front lake also encircling by the forest and it will high risk to exposed to the wildlife such as monkey. Furthermore, this front lake also has limited area and parking, so it will be hard for people to park nearby
the lake. In spite of this weakness, this front lake also has opportunity to be as a recreational park. Moreover, this front lake also has opportunity to be made a business plan at the surrounding area. Unfortunately,
there are threats that will affect the front lake will also be exposed to the accident because of the location of the lake. Then it will be more cases of robbery and theft due to the location of lake that is exposed to the
main road and learning area. Last but not least, this lake also exposed to the noises of factory and lorries.

Beside that, this site analysis also takes serious about the site constraint that will be facing at the site. For example, the project scope, the schedule, cost and project constraints. This all constrains will affect
the site analysis to be done in a least of time.

Last but not least, this site analysis is important for a construction worker before making a construction at the site. He should think first all the important things that will be faced at the site.
