Greetings!

Our institution, EVSU-OCC will be having the annual Intramural Games which will be on August 27-
29, 2019. Several sporting events and cultural competitions will be contested by the students, and that
event will be the selection ground for the next higher competitions which are the EVSU Sports, Culture
and the Arts Festival 2019, Regional PASUC Culture and the Arts Festival, and Regional SCUAA
Games. With this event, the use of sports facilities such as the Athletic Oval, Grounds and Playing Courts
is a necessity.

In this regard, I am humbly asking from your good office to let us use the Ormoc City Sports Complex
(Athletic Oval, Grounds and Multi-purpose court) for the venue of our sporting events such as
Athletics, Football, Baseball, Softball, Basketball and Volleyball on August 27-29, 2019. Rest assured
that we will observe utmost safety and responsibility on the conduct of the activity.
