environment. Do not forget to include the importance of water in the environment (at
least 4 stanzas).

“How to treat her right”

In the golden rise of sunlight
Sing of the birds in delight
Reminding you that everything will be alright
If you know how to treat Mother Nature right

Start with how you use the water

Try to drink more often can make your life a little longer
But too much use and care for little
Can result into Mother Nature’s brittle

Limit the use of plastic

Or avoid any kind of elastic
Do not let them burn
Or the environmental balance will overturn

Please be mind of your action

That can cause into environmental destruction
Caring for Mother Nature can be your passion
If you make conservation your number 1 mission

Always remember this the only home where we’ve grown

The only planet we’ve ever known
Everything will be alright
If we now how to treat her right
2. Illustrate the movement of water in hydrologic cycle and enumerate the different
processes in each movement.

II

1. Describe each level of interaction.

 Individual Level
- Refers to a single organism of the specific species of animal.
 Population Level
- Refers to a group of organism of the same group of species that lives in one
particular area.
 Communities
- Refers to an interaction of different groups of animals living in a one
particular area.
 Ecosystem
- Refers to the interaction/relationship between various group of living and
non-living organism.
2. What is the effect of natality to population density?
- Natality means the breeding of the members inside the group. The addition
of growth in the population through the means of reproduction.
3. What is the effect of mortality to population density?
- Mortality means the death of an individual. The decreasing of the population
because of the death rate happening inside the population.
4. What is immigration? Give its effect to population density?
- Immigration is the movement from one place to another of the group for the
survival. The Addition to the growth rate of the population through moving
from area to area.
5. What is emigration? Give its effect to population density?
- The Decreasing number in the population because of the loss of members
during from moving one place to another.
6. The carrying capacity of the earth is calculated to be 8 to 15 billion, what do you think
will happen if this is surpassed?
- If there is an abnormal growth that causes the overlapping of the population
above the intended limitation it would cause a major problem not for the
nation only but for the entirety of the world. Overpopulation is the major
problem every nation is facing not because of the Overpopulation itself but
the other problems it causes like scarcity of land, food, water and energy
resources which will lead to a dispute between countries that will cause a
world war.
7. Explain briefly the role of water in:
a. Metabolism
- Can help stimulate the metabolism of an animal faster.
b. Photosynthesis
- Stimulate the metabolism and also helps makes food for the plant.
c. transport of substances
- It acts as a transportation of nutrients throughout the cell of the body.
d. Industry
- It helps grow crops making the business more successful and easier.
