NORDO ACFT prohibited. notification points W, SW, SE or E. The chosen point of

EXC for ARR/DEP do not overfly AD below 5100'. DEP must be notified via RDO before TKOF.
Avoid overflying built-up areas as far as possible. ACFT shall leave AD through the notification points W,
SW, SE or E indicating its ALT.
