AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

         We, CARLOS D. JUSTINIANI JR. and MARJORIE B. LAYUMAS, both

of legal ages, Filipinos, married and all residents of San Carlos City, Negros
Occidental, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and
state:

1. That, we are neighbors and close friends with Mr. ESTEBAN SALDUA JR.;

2. That, we both knew that SARAH JOY SALDUA PUENTESPINA is the legitimate
child of Mr. ESTEBAN SALDUA JR.;

3. That, we both stand as principal sponsors of SARAH JOY SALDUA PUENTESPINA

during her baptism at San Carlos Borromeo Cathedral, San Carlos City, Negros
Occidental;
4. That, during the baptism we witnessed that MR. ESTEBAN SALDUA JR. stood as
the father of SARAH JOY SALDUA PUENTESPINA;

5. That, we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts
and for whatever legal intents and for whatever purpose it may deem to be
lawfully used;
