The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has introduced a new housing scheme termed as
the DDA Flats Housing Scheme 2018 for those aspiring to buy homes home. This DDA Flats
housing scheme is centrally for the people who are belong to the lower income strata and the
middle-income group. DDA is offering approximately 21,000 homes with the help of this
scheme. Through the DDA Flats Housing Scheme, the Government is planning to construct

The prices of the flats under DDA have been opted to be kept very low so that it is within the
reach of the majority of the population. The flats are put in the range of Rs 7.5 lakh to Rs
1.44 crores. The first draw of DDA housing scheme 2018 is scheduled to be held on
26/06/2018 where registration of 408 houses will take place simultaneously. Below

From where to get DDA Housing Scheme- 2018 Application Brochure Online

DDA (Delhi Development Authority) has signed up 10 lenders namely Axis Bank, Yes Bank,
IDBI, Bank of Baroda, Central Bank, SBI, Kotak Mahindra, HDFC, ICICI and Canara Bank.
Above all, the application brochures are made available at a cheap rate of Rs 200, inclusive of
all taxes at these banks. You have also the option to download the form online through the
official website of DDA.

The amount of registration fees for DDA Flats for the Janta and LIG Flats is Rs.1 lakh and
for MIG and HIG flats is Rs.2 lakh.
The DDA Housing Schemes-2018 offers both online and offline application system which
offers a helping hand to people to get a DDA allotted home. Moreover, the applicant may
visit the official website of dda.org.in to apply online electronically.
Step 1: Applicant should visit the official website of DDA using this link dda.org.in and
check the flat location, unit detail and price.
Step 2: Applicant may download the application form and the brochure from the DDA’s
website and also from the websites of the designated banks.
Step 3: Applicant may make corrections/changes in the data in the online mode, within three
days from the date and time of submission of the application form.
Step 4: Registration fee payment shall be made in the DDA’s account through RTGS/NEFT
and also manually if so desired, through challan.
Step 5: Applicants have to scan the documents and upload the same, while filling the
application. Once all the required scanned documents have been compiled and the final
submission button has been chosen, a confirmatory email and an SMS are sent to the
applicant.
The applicant can also collect the brochure and the application form, from the official website
on the portal and DDA’s sales counter from the designated banks listed on the DDA’s
website. Most Importantly, an applicant has to submit the filled forms at the respective banks,
with the registration amount. The application form costs Rs 200.
