We took our

lunch break at 12 noon and after eating lunch, I proceed to the next

task that Secretary assigned to me. While sitting in the Customer

Service Area, she taught me how to assist customers in terms of

claiming cards and other complaints. I learned also how to be more

disciplined. I saw how they act and how they treat their customers.

Smile makes the customers comfortable to you. Mam Val shares

about Landbank and other issues. Also, I am observing what is she

doing. How she covers and arrange the letters and send them. if she

will be going somewhere, I am staying in her computer place and

waiting for the message to the Landbank regarding the updates.

June 05, 2019 – HOLIDAY

June 06, 2019 – Thursday

In the morning we did the task that was given to us. We check BIR

Collection Report, 200 sheets. We also stamped 10 sheets of deposit


slips. In the afternoon, we collect BIR forms and arranged it in

ascending order. I learned and also have a second family because

the way they treat me is like a family.

June 07, 2019 – Friday

We check again the List of BIR forms. We also record abstract of

Official Receipt. We collect the BIR forms to the teller. Finally, we

arranged in the ascending order the BIR-related activities that they

assigned to me.
