REMEDIAL EXAMINATION PROCEDURES 1. STUDENTS WILL BE DIVIDED INTO THREE (3) BATCHES.
BATCH 1: 6AM – 2PM FIRST DAY
BATCH 2: 3PM – 11PM FIRST DAY BATCH 3: 12MN – 10AM SECOND DAY REMEDIAL EXAMINATION PROCEDURES 1. STUDENTS WILL BE DIVIDED INTO THREE (3) BATCHES. OR
BATCH 1: 6PM – 2AM 1ST DAY – 2ND DAY
BATCH 2: 3AM – 1PM SECOND DAY BATCH 3: 2PM – 10PM SECOND DAY
Q: How will you know which batch you are in?
A: You will be notified thru messenger chat message 24 hours before the first batch exam begin. REMEDIAL EXAMINATION PROCEDURES 2. EXAMINATION QUESTIONNAIRES WILL BE SENT THRU EMAIL.

Q: Does everybody have the same set of questions?
A: NO. REMEDIAL EXAMINATION PROCEDURES 4. THE STUDENT SHALL WRITE HIS/HER SOLUTIONS IN SHEETS OF PAPER, IN EXACT ORDER (1, 2, 3, 4, etc.). ENCIRCLE OR BOX THE FINAL ANSWER. 5. THE PAPERS SHALL BE SCANNED (THRU ANY PHONE SCANNING APPLICATION, e.g. CAMSCANNER), AND SAVE AS PDF. FILE NAME: FAMILYNAME-RE1 6. INPUT THE FINAL ANSWERS IN THE EXAM ANSWERS’ EXCEL FILE FORM (THIS EXCEL FILE FORM WILL BE SENT TO YOU TOGETHER WITH YOUR QUESTIONNAIRE). FILE NAME: FAMILYNAME-EE5 7. Computation:
GRADE = average of EEs/REs (0.40) + average of CWs (0.10)
GOOD NEWS! If a student has taken at least 4 exams per subject, the following computation will be followed:
Example: Pedro’s Scores in Subject 1 are: EE1=25%, EE5=68.12%,
