The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to preserve correspondences and other documents and to
ensure quick & easy retrieval and reference of the filed documents in accordance with company’s Standard
Operating Procedures (SOP) and job description. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to: -
