IPDS PROJECT COMPLETION CERTIFICATE

(To be signed by MD/CMD of utility OR Secretary Energy/Power Dept)

This is to certify that all the Distribution Strengthening works in the under mentioned Circle/project of IPDS has been successfully
completed and commissioned as per IPDS guidelines. The works have been executed as per sanctioned BoQ or as modified during
award/implementation stage. The changes made during execution, were mandatory as per local site requirements. The objective of
distribution system strengthening, as envisaged under IPDS, has not been compromised upon due to these BoQ changes. The works
have been executed ensuring required quality and standards. The completed BoQ and cost of the circle/project has been recommended
by state DRC in its meeting held on ……………. The same is enclosed here with as Annexure. Specifications of major high value
materials finalized by Committee-A of MoP has been adhered to and any other change in specification from SBD has been duly approved
by State DRC. All the BoQ items installed in the project area were procured & executed after the date of sanction of the project by the
Monitoring Committee. This is also to certify that this claim is for material/works procured/executed upto the date of completion of the
project. Utility has arranged funds from own /other sources for funding project cost over and above the sanctioned cost by the Monitoring
Committee.
