Activity 2

The K-12 curriculum is both constructivist and humanistic philosophy. It will be considered as
Ecclectic conception of curriculum because it is a combination of two philosophies. The k-12
curriculum do not just encourage different activities where students can reflect, discuss with their
teacher or with their peers their outcomes, understand it, then learn it but also focus on the
development of the whole student with an emphasis on his/het emotional aspects. The learning
concentrates upon the development of the students self-concept.

Activity 3
Curriculum Aims: Alitagtag College, Inc. is committed to serve our Divine Creator by strengthening
spiritual foundation; promoting Filipino values and patriotism and developing all the ACeans into
globally competitive Filipinos.

Curriculum Goals: Alitagtag College, Inc. is committed to educate all ACeans to become productive
member of our society. Filipinos proud of their values and culture: spiritually inclined individuals; and
achievers of competence of the K to 12 curriculum, in order to attain the nation's peace, success, and
prosperity.

Curriculim Objectives: Alitagtag College aims to develop all stakeholders to perform exemplarily in the
competencies of the K to 12 curriculum of the Department of Education; become highly technical and
globally competitive; promote Filipino values and culture; render services to the community; and devote
themselves to God to become holistically developed ACeans.

ANALYSIS: I can say that the aims, goals and objectives of the institution can be seen on each lesson plan
the teacher does. The subject matters do not only provide knowledge but also provide wide variety of
activities that may help improve the students’ skills in becoming competent, well-developed and
productive members of our society.
