Six Components of Skill- Related Fitness Assessment
The purpose of this activity is to help you gain an understanding of what
happens to your heart rate when you perform activities that develop the six-
components of skill-related fitness. Perform each activity as fast and as many times
as you can for 30 seconds. Count your heartbeat for 1 minute before the activity
and count it again after the activity for 1 minute.
