1. Prepare Excel table of the beam schedule information

3. Pick the schedule heading from the drop down list to
match excel data. After that, right click on 2nd row
(excel heading text), and click delete row
4. Click Generate in Beam Schedule
5. Click Sync Beam Info, pick sync beam info to entity,
then click ok to close the schedule
