address at Tres Cruses, Tanza, Cavite hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE.

5,000.00) Philippine Currency. Paid by the BUYER to the SELLER. The SELLER do hereby SELL,
CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto the said BUYER, his heirs and assigns,
all of this rights, obligation and participation over the above-specified TRICYCLE FRANCHISE/SPECIAL
AUTHORITY.
