Processing Questions: In your time schedule, reflect on the following questions intended for effective time management and
answer them in your paper.
1. What hinders you to prepare and set your own working time?
I am an organized person and I always make sure to have a list of the things I need to do in order for me to never
forget a single task. I always make sure to have a time table monthly so that I will always be guided to my top priority
tasks and the least ones. However, there are times where I get to not stick with my schedule since there are instances
where my parents ask for my help. There are also times where I finish my tasks late at night due to unexpected
circumstances during the day. Moreover, there are also times where I feel lazy to accomplish all of my tasks. Sometimes,
I feel too weak to do all the tasks and just procrastinate later on.

2. How are you going to deal with those hindrances?


I am a proud student-athlete and I am used to multitask since I have to balance my extracurricular activities and my
academics. Even though there are times where I don’t feel like doing my tasks, I take a rest for a bit and then do all of it
anyways. Whenever I feel lazy, what I usually do is to just eat my stress out or listen to music while doing my tasks to
accomplish all of it.

3. What kind of mood that will work for you to study and what are not?

I usually accomplish my tasks fast whenever I am happy. I just feel energetic and confident no matter how piled my
tasks were; I can accomplish all of it right on time or even earlier than the deadline. Sometimes, I also enjoy
studying whenever I feel relaxed; my mind works often when I feel calm. However, whenever I feel lonely or just
hopeless, I tend to extend my resting time and just procrastinate or cram later on. I also feel lazy doing my tasks whenever I
am frustrated with the tasks I need to do not only in academics but also with my responsibilities as an athlete, a daughter and
the eldest among my siblings.

4. What kind of environment will work for you? Do you have this kind of environment? If not, what will you do?

I can work in any environment as long as it is not disturbing and distracting. Whenever I am studying, I always want a
fragrant place and a gloomy or relaxing one so that I can focus on what I do. Sometimes, I also like listening to music or
eating snacks while studying. I also want a place filled with positive quotes and motivational sayings to inspire me while
doing my tasks. When it comes to doing house chores and personal stuff, I always make sure to ready my earphones so
that I can be able to accomplish any tasks I need to do while listening to music.
