HELP
To use this chart first you need a google account. Then click File, then MAKE A COPY. Name it whatever you want.
Once you have your own copy, you can then fill out the green information boxes on the right. Put in your Start date,
Start Weight, Goal Weight and Goal Pounds per week (how much you want to lose per week). From here you'll only
add data to the columns with the green header. That's Weight and Notes. Don't change anything else in the sheet
or it will break.
If you have any questions, message /u/likwidtek on reddit, visit /r/4HourBodySlowCarb on reddit or email
likwidtek@gmail.com. Hope this chart helps you as much as it is helping me!
Make sure to weigh in at least every Saturday. You can weigh in as much as you want but you will need those Sat
totals if you're interested in what you're actually losing every week. If you don't have a chance to weigh in on
saturday, just retype your most current weight into the box next to Saturday.
Pick a goal that is reasonable. Don't expect that you're going to lose 4 pounds a week. Make sure your goal is
POSSIBLE. If you don't know, ask your doctor or chose something like 1 pound a week. Additionally this dynamic
spreadsheet will only work up to 1,000 rows. If your number of days is larger than 1,000 rows, email me at
likwidtek@gmail.com and I will make you a custom sheet.
THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!
Many Thanks to waz_here for her help on one of the bigger formulas, TuxedoJacob for his awesome idea on how to
automate some of it and a huge thanks to my wife for keeping me motivated and on track in my own weight loss.

Change Log
9/12/2019 - Added freeze to the top header of the sheet so you always see a heads up display when scrolling
5/7/2019 - Fixed some formulas on trending dates, scaled the charts so that it doesn't show weight under 100
pounds so you can see the chart better. Added some if/or logic to trending line so that it stops calculating at goal.
Set the weight colomn to always highlight the current day to make it easier to find (thanks for the idea /u/Seferan
from /r/keto!) Cleaned some stuff up all around. Added new stat trackers to the right hand side area (best total loss,
trending goal date, percent of goal) Added updated chart visuals to the help page. Let me know if you find any
bugs. Thanks everyone!
4/11/2018 - Changed the chart to be more visible with black background. Edited help to solve some common
problems.
5/5/2014 - Added % of Body lost. This shows what percentage of your starting weight you've lost so far. Thanks to
Waz_Here for the tip
[1] Start adding your weigh ins here, make sure you weigh in at least every saturday, otherwise, just type in
your most current weight from before in Saturday's line.
[2] Use this column to add good info. You cheated this day, a food log, any exercise you did. All that kind
of good stuff.
