1. Knowing about the different stages of development that teams can go through in their life cycles
need a lot of experience.
2. When a team forms, I make certain that all team members are introduced to one another at the outset.
3. In the kickoff meeting, team members are introduced to one another and give the procedure
procedures only.
4. Team leader is not responsible in establishing a foundation of trust among team members, it is their
responsibility to do this, he is responsible to do this between the team members and himself.

Teamwork doesn’t mean that each member should only do his/her own task it means that al member should
work together and help each other towered to accomplish the goal of this team. thus, this can only happen if
a propre leadership exist to encourage all team member to work together and enhance the relationship
between them

Conflict can be good and bad on team , the good side is that it might case an improvement to the task and it
means that all team member are communicating and working together which mean that they have high team
work environment were all the them have the chance to give a certain opinion that might be helpful . and let
all member feel more engage to the task or project they are working for “feel more related to the project “
