4 year old class 2020-2021 Supply List

Due to covid19 we are asking for a $25 supply/sanitation fee that is due with your September tuition.
Please pay cash, or write a separate check, or pay online for this so that we can keep all fees separate in
our system. Thank you in advance.

We also need donations of the following items. If you are able to help provide any of these items we
would greatly appreciate it.

• Paper towels
• Tissues
• Hand Sanatizer
• Anything on our school Amazon Wish List!
• Wide Masking Tape
• Colored or black sharpie markers
• Glue sticks
• Stickers
• 5 oz Dixie drinking cups
• Prize box items

Please send the following items the first day of school with your child:

• Complete change of clothes in a labeled gallon Ziploc bag (socks, undies, pants, shirt)
• 2 pictures of your child to be used in the classroom

Thank you in advance for your help. With your help we are able to keep tuition costs down while
still providing an excellent program. You can bring the items to the drive thru meet the teacher or send
them in the first day of school/. Please remember we will be providing your child’s school bag. If your
child is returning this year and needs a new bag please let us know asap so the bag can be made and
ready before school starts.
