Company Summary
The Vegan Restaurant will operate in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The restaurant will be offering
nutritious and delicious meal plans for those interested in healthy and plant-based diet
alternatives rather than traditional restaurants. The restaurant will provide a fully vegan
menu where meals will be freshly made to cater to the growing demand of healthier meals.
Moreover, patrons will experience a warm and lively ambience with impeccable
consideration to minimal yet bright décor. The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch
and dinner, featuring delicious menu items freshly made to the customers liking. The
restaurant will be open seven days a week from 8am to 11pm.
Target Market
The primary target market for the restaurant is men and women between the ages of 18 and
62 who are residents of Ahmedabad City, Gujarat and surrounding districts. This group
tends to be professional working people and students. 61.80% population of Ahmedabad are
vegetarian. Although vegan and vegetarian consumers will be the primary target, consumers
seeking a healthy alternative to meat and dairy meals will be the secondary target market.
The restaurant will appeal to ages 18 to 62 who are interested in a healthier alternative to
meals that cater not only to Indian, Mexican, Italian and American foods but also authentic
Gujarati cuisine.

The restaurant will be seeking close to Rs. 5 lacs to assist build out, grand opening
preparations and enough money to support the first few months of operations. The capital
