 LAND AND SKY TRAVEL SERVICE, INC. was founded as a full-service tours and travel
agency in 1997. Its strategic location in Cebu City , which is at the central part of the philippines , makes
it convenient to organize tours in the northern and southern parts of the country. We have expanded over
the years and now operate our own fleet of tourist transport vehicles to service our tours and also to serve
hotel guests. We have an in-house tour guide (staff) who is licensed by the Department of Tourism. We
have offices in Cebu , two in Davao and one partially owned travel and tour agency in Manila. We are
accredited by the Cebu City Tourism Commission , Department of Tourism , Department of Foreign
Affairs , IATA , Philippine Travel Agencies Association and the local CTTA , CATO , DTAA and
DATO. We are committed to the preservation of local culture & heritage , protecting old architectural
sites and the environment and in the preservation of natural resources. Our company regularly participates
in tree planting activities and adheres to energy conservation practices in the workplace.

Our Services:
 Passport Processing – Land and Sky Travel is accredited by the Department of Foreign Affairs.
The Philippine passport is valid for 5 years.

 Visa – We assist in the visa application for outgoing tourist , student , fiancee , spouse &
intending immigrants.

 Philippine Immigration – Preparation of documents and assistance for extension of stay ,

student visa conversion, application for permanent residence on the ground of marriage to a
Filipino citizen.

 Domestic and International Ticketing – We are an IATA Agency and can issue tickets while
you wait.

 Individual and Group Travel – Whether you are traveling alone or with family or friends we
have different packages that suit your budget. Just tell us where you want to go and we can make
it happen for you. We customize tour itineraries.

 Worldwide Hotel Booking & Transfers – Our global partnerships enable us to confirm your
