SELLER MANUAL

SELLER SIGN UP
 Sign up: Login with Facebook.
 Click on SELL SOMETHING option.

 This will take you to the seller verification form.

 Kindly fill out all the details, including bank details and Facebook URL which
will show when you click on “Enter more details”.
 In shop URL, please mention the name of your shop. It’s a onetime option,
so please enter the name through which you want your shop to be
recognized. For instance,
www.sheops.com/chocolatecafe

Click on “BECOME A SELLER” to submit the seller verification form.


After approval, you can update your shop and upload products on the
website.

My Shop/ My Profile
When you become a seller, your Facebook
profile name and profile picture will be the
name of your shop by default.
 You can edit the shop name and upload
the logo by clicking on the Member
Name and profile picture.
 Short Description of your business
venture can be added by clicking on “Add
your details”. However, contact number,
Facebook page or website links cannot
be shared.

Uploading a Product Process:


 Click on Sell something option – it will take you to the product upload
form.

 Select the relevant category in which you want to sell:

Fashion/ Beauty/LifeStyle/Crafts
 Upload a cover image for your product – it will show on TRENDING
NOW so cover image should be clear with neat and clear background.
 Upload at least two pictures/ close up shots to show details of the
product

 Item Name should be properly mentioned.


 Tags should be used according to the picture.

 Availability of the product should be mentioned properly.


 Description of a product should be clearly mentioned with the colors,
sizes and material.

 Click on POST YOUR PRODUCT to complete the process of product


upload. Your product would be assigned a unique product ID which will
help in differentiating your product from the rest.

Uploading Pictures
 Cover image should show full products.

 At least two pictures of the same product should be uploaded.


 Pictures should be clear with neat background.

 Picture should be without logo/brand’s name/watermark.

 Picture shouldn’t be blurred.


 Please upload good quality pictures in which the visibility of the
product is clear.

Viewing Products
 You would see your name and display on the top right corner.
 Click on it, and then click My Products from a drop down menu.

Order Process/Responding to messages


 Check the availability of product. If a product is out of stock please
make it unavailable.

 Order will be in New phase. Our CSR member will confirm the order
and make it pending.

 You will receive a notification or a call from our CSR member. Mark it
Confirmed by following the link in the SMS or by clicking on the order
number in My Orders.
 When the product is ready, please mark it as “Ready for Pick Up”.

 In order to access the invoice, click on the order no. adjacent to the
name of the product. To view the printer friendly version, click on
View Invoice. Print your invoice to attach to the package of delivery.
In case the printer is not available, write the buyer’s name, their
address, contact number and the bar code number. Please do not
miss out the bar code number.
 Fragile Items should be labelled as fragile and packed accordingly

 The seller has to respond for the delivery procedures and answer call
from rider. If you don’t answer call, then order will be cancelled after
three days.

Dos/Don’ts for Content/Pictures


 Picture without logo/watermark

 Google pictures aren’t allowed for handmade, custom made or food


Items.
 No replicas local or international

 Picture quality should be good.


 For one product, we need at least 2 pictures.
 Photography should be good/ up to the mark.
 Picture should be with white or a clear background.

Pick up / Delivery Process


 For Food Items – Pickup would be on the same day.
 For Other Items – If before 12pm-same day pick up, if after 12 pm-
pick up is next day.
 Forrun Rider will call or message for pick up.

Important Considerations
 If the product is a high end brand that you are selling, we would need to
see the receipt for authentication purposes.
 There are some areas which are not covered by our delivery partners. If
your area is included in that list, then you would have to ship the product to
our office in Karachi. Your product price should consequently include the
cost associated with this shipment.
