    To whom it may concern,

    I EDWARD BIERA TE, owner of the land located at barangay Balagunan which
    Margarita Perez owner of SMT STORE and my agricultural supply warehouse was based.
    During the day that the personnel of BPLS conducted an inspection was the same day for
    the delivery of my Agricultural Supply, hence we sell few of our products there to some
    various costumers only.
    With this I would like to submit this letter, as explanation to your kind notice last
    OCTOBER 7, 2020. The agricultural supply that they inspected is a warehouse only. But next
    year we are also planning to process our Business Permit for my Agricultural Supply.
    Hoping for your positive response regarding with this concern.
