    Dear Ms. Junneth,

    This letter is with regards to our Anello Southwoods the Statement of Account month of
    August 2020. The store operated for only fourteen days (14). The store opened last
    August 1-3, 2020 and closed from August 4-20, 2020 and resumed again on August 21-
    31, 2020 due to ECQ but we billed whole amount in Aircon amounting to 5,664.80.

    With this may we request to pro rate the aircon billing for the month of August 2020 with
    the total of 2,544.26 as per manual compute with Area of 24.00 , Rate 120.00 , Amount
    5,040.00 with Vat.
