INDIVIDUAL CAREER PLAN

DIRECTIONS: Answer the following questions in paragraph form (3-4 sentences) per question. Your

CAREER GOALS:

1. What are you planning on doing as a life-long career?

Either go into Marketing and Business and market famous people and athletes. I am also looking into
Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy to work with athletes.
2. What career do you see yourself in five years?
A marketing manager or physical therapist
3. What interests do you have to support your goal?
I am interning with a marketing company and also a sports medicine trainer at my high school.
4. What skills do you already have that might support your goal? Example: Computer skills, i.e.
MSWord.
I have skills with some graphic designs and writing techniques that play into marketing. I have
skills with taping, diagnosing, stretching, and some knowledge about the body when it comes to
physical therapy.

5. What knowledge do you already have to support your goals? Example: understand the
educational requirements to be an accountant.
I understand the goals in marketing and a lot of the little components it takes to create marketing
plans, writing blogs, business to business marketing, and etc. I have knowledge about how the body
works, how to work with athletes and how to take care of some injures. I also know what good
conditions to practicing are and how to talk with athletes about what could be wrong.

Going to a four year college to pursue marketing or sports medicine. I also plan on playing lacrosse in
college. I want to study abroad for marketing or sports medicine.
