INDIVIDUAL CAREER PLAN

DIRECTIONS: Answer the following questions in paragraph form (3-4 sentences) per question. Your

CAREER GOALS:

1. What are you planning on doing as a life-long career?


As a life-long career I plan on being a clinical psychologist. I would love to have the opputunity
to get to understand people better and I feel as though this specific career will provide a perfet
outlet for such a thing.

2. What career do you see yourself in five years?


In 5 years if I follow the psychology route, I will likely still be in calling working for a degree, so I
most likely will be working a temp job somewhere on the road to getting my real job hopefully
interning in a medical center.

3. What interests do you have to support your goal?


Answers. Answers to all the questions I have about myself, and other people is what really
interest me in this line of work. I would like the chance to form deeper understandings on who
we are as people.

4. What skills do you already have that might support your goal? Example: Computer skills, i.e.
MSWord.
I would consider myself to have good communication skills, people skills, and very adaptable. To
be a clinical psychologist you have to interact with many people on a daily basis and not
everyone being interacted with want to be or even know what is going on, so in order to really
be of help in the field you need to be able to adapt to any and all situation that may present
themselves.

5. What knowledge do you already have to support your goals? Example: understand the
educational requirements to be an accountant.
In order to be pronounced a clinical phycologist one would need to obtain a bachelor’s degree
all the way up to a doctorates or even a PhD to be able to provide the care that the
professionals require

6. What Career Pathway are you currently pursuing?


Currently I am completing the Entrepreneurship and Audio-Visual pathways

1. What are your plans after graduating from high school?


After graduating high school I plan on attending a good four year school in order to get my
bachelor’s degree
