experience.

Hello everyone!

We are Lina is from Australia, Danny is from England, Leidy is from Canada and Cindy is
from Ireland. Lina is thirty-three years old, Danny is twenty-four years old,
Leidy is also twenty-four years old and Cindy is twenty-eight years old. Australia is located
between the Indian Ocean and the South Pacific Ocean and is the sixth largest country in
the world. Their official language is English. England is located in the central and southern
part of Great Britain, its official language is English and its traditional dish is called Sunday
Roast. Danny says he makes the most delicious Sunday Roast. Canada is located in North
America and its official language is English and French and Ireland is a Western European
State, that is why we have learned some phrases in this beautiful language, its traditional
dance is Irish dance. Cindy has also shared some videos and is good at dancing to it! We
have been friends for 6 months and we met through this website "Penpals in funny letters".
We wanted to be pen pals because we had the same dream: to speak English very well and
learn about different cultures.

activities done to practice English and how your English has been improving.
Let's talk about the experience of being pen pals. We have different time zones, so we have
planned a time once a week to make video calls through meet, and we have prepared
different topics to talk about (teamwork, pending activities, means to be used, etc.). In
addition, we have a WhatsApp group and every night we love to tell our friends how our
day was, and send audios and images about interesting things that we encountered during
the day. Each week, a member of the group sends the activities that we must carry out to
improve our English skills: Read a book, make a presentation in English of each one, a
description of a partner and the numbers in English to register and send to the group. You
can't imagine how much our English has improved. Now, we can understand movies and
songs in English, and we speak more fluently in English.

places you will visit if you win the challenge.

When we found out about the challenge suggested by the "pen pals in fun letters" website,
we started reading about England and really enjoying its culture. You must know many
things before traveling to this interesting country. First, we must know that London is a
great capital and could be the envy of many others. When using public transport, we must
stop on the right, it is essential if you use the London Underground. In addition, you must
try English beer, it is considered the most popular and consumed in the English territory. If
we win this challenge, we will visit the Tower of London. We are going to visit all the
amazing places in England like Big Ben, Tower Bridge, Chessington World of Adventures.
We will eat in one of its best restaurants called "SUSHISAMBA". We want to win this
challenge to learn more about English culture and improve our English skills.
