15 minutes Activity 2: Four Questions

Students have this time to answer the three

questions relating back to the Stressed Out article.
1. Identify a situation in which you experienced
stress.
2. Write about how your body responded to the
stressful event, and explain why your body reacted
the way it did.
3. What strategies will you use to reduce this type
of stress in the future?

When students finish they have to answer one

more question about a time they felt stressed when
they were younger and how they dealt with it.
Then a time they believe they will be stressed in
the future and what advice they want to learn
before they get there.

Students who finish early can share their

responses with a friend.
