Here after referred to as the day care provider

Terms and Conditions

1. The company promises to book 4 seats at the day care providers premises
starting from date 1st January 2019.
2. The company shall pay for 4 seats and minimum of 3 hours per day 5 days per
week as a fixed cost every month and in case the numbers of seats exceeds 4,
then the amount shall be calculated at actuals
3. The day care provider commits to keeps 4 seats in the day care premises for the
company at any given point in time.
4. The Fees for the day care services have been agreed at attached with the
agreement. Invoice shall be raised by the day provider on or before the 5th day
of every month.
5. The company will clear the invoice and process the payments before the 10th
day of the same month.
6. Transportation if required, will be chargeable at an extra cost which be mutually
agreed by both parties
7. Holiday list for the year will be shared by the Day care provider at the beginning
of the academic year and any changes will be notified in advance.
8. In case the company decides to terminate the contract, one-month notice shall
be provided to the day care provider
9. The day care provider reserves the right to terminate the contract at any point
in time if the above terms and conditions are not met by the company.

 Fee Structure

1. Breakfast : Rs. 1000/- per month

2. Lunch : Rs 1000/- per month and Rs 1300/- for kids above 7 years

3. Milk : Rs 500/- per month

4. Fees are payable Monthly in advance and before 5th of every month. Delayed
payment will attract a penalty of Rs. 200 per month.

5. If parents delay picking up the child after grace period of 10 minutes, flat
fees of Rs. 50 per 30 minutes is chargeable.

6. Vacation time: Rs. 1500/- week for full day. (Dussehra Vacation &
Christmas Vacation)
