General Report Accompanying Estimation For the Work of Cleaning of Over Head Tank (OHT) in
different places At Ramanagara and Channapatna Town , Under O & M Ramanagara and
Channapatna Town For the Year 2020-21

The Water supply scheme to Ramanagarama and Channapatna towns is commissioned during
November 2002 with Shimsha River and Backwash Water of BWSSB as Source.

The over head tanks at different places in Ramanagara has been supplying the water for the various
partsof channapatna. These over head tanks has to be done cleaning and should keep the tank free
from getting polluted, should avoid the develop of fungi growth in the tank surface,should remove the
silt like particles on regular iinterval basis t provide the good suitable water all over the city for
various purposes. Hence the over head tank jas to be cleaned in regular interval basis like three
months in a while by removing the silt like particles the bottom of the tank, washing the tank using
bleaching powder and emptying the old stored water and cleaning the surface thoroughly so that water
getting contaminated will be avoided .

So in order to take up the work Under the scheme of water supply, The Estimate is prepared for the
Estimation For the Work of Cleaning of Over Head Tank (OHT) in different places of
Channapatna City
1) B.P. Tank of 15Lakh Capacity 1No
2) Neharu Park and Tippunagar of 10 Lakh Capacity each
3) Poolbagh Tank of 7.5 Lakh Capacity 1No
4) Vijayanagar Tank, Yarab nagar Tank ,Hospital Tank , Rayaradoddi tank ,Ijoor and
Manjunath Nagar Tank of 5Lakh Capacity Each
5) Ragarayanadoddi Tank 2.5lakh Capacity
Under O & M Ramanagara and Channapatna Town For the Year 2020-21
The Estimate cost is Rs.75,000/-(Rupees Thirty Thousand only ).

Hence it is Requested to approve the estimate early . The above said Rate is Prepare according to Data
Rate given .

The Above said work early approval is Requested.
