Article V. METHOD OF COMPENSATION

(a) 60% of PF or Php 51,000.00 for DOWNPAYMENT

(b) 40% of PF or Php 34,000.00 upon TURNOVER OF PLANS

Article VI. TIMETABLE

Upon final layout of Architectural Plans, Engineering plans can be completed in two to three
weeks.
