The Architectural and Engineering Design Services is broken down into 5 phases namely:
INCLUSIONS
Consolidation of the list of requirements and the corresponding documents required to submit
to the appropriate government offices and the actual filling of the necessary documents in
order to secure needed permits.
EXCLUSIONS

Payment of permit fees, taxes and penalty fees arising from the application process.
