RESOLUTION EXPELLING/DELISTING DELINQUENT MEMBERS FROM THE MASTER LIST

OF BONAFIDE MEMBER-BENEFICIARIES AND ENLISTING/ADMITTING NEW MEMBERS OF
__________________________ HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.

WHEREAS, the following member-beneficiaries of the ________________

Homeowners Association, Inc has/have been determined by the Committee on
______________/Board of Directors/Trustees to have defaulted in their amortization payments
and have been declared as delinquent by the association;

NAME OF MEMBER ASSIGNED LOT & BLOCK NO.

WHEREAS, the above-named member/s-beneficiary/ies has/have been notified in writing three

(3) times of his/her/their respective amortization payment default/s and was/were required to settle all
their duties within fifteen (15) days from receipt of written demand;

WHEREAS, the above-named member/s-beneficiary/ies has/have not requested for

reinstatement as member/s in good standing by setting all his/her/their dues despite written demands
by the association;

WHEREAS, the association has been burdened of payment of interest due to the member/s’
default in payments;

WHEREAS, the association in order to rectify its status with Social Housing Finance Corporation
has decided to delist the above-listed delinquent association members, terminate the Lease Purchase
Agreement/s with his/her/them and enlist/take in new members as his/her their substitutes;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to delist/expel the above listed

member/s of ____________ Homeowners Association, Inc. from the master list of bonafide members
and admit/enlist their substitute/s.
