 This film features a group of nurses at a hospital who have all kinds of problems at work.
The film also shows how the nurse's attitude towards the patient. In the film, there is also a
scene where there is a nurse escorting a patient in a wheelchair, however, he gets a call and
picks up. it should not be a good thing to do even if the patient does not say he is angry about
the procedure. The first nurse which name is barley, is able to establish good relationships with
patients, is caring, friendly, and communicates effectively, so that patients feel comfortable
and are not afraid of their condition to perform surgery. Nurses provide support and
hope to patients to recover from heart disease. The second nurse, Grace and her team find an
emergency patient because of an accident. When examined by a doctor, the patient refused to
cooperate and tried to escape. The patient has swelling in his head and a CT scan is
recommended. The patient had a seizure and threw something at the nurse which resulted in
the nurse being injured, but nurse remained patient and did not get angry because she thought
it was endangering her job. The third nurse which name is nazeen, when communicating with
the patient, is not cooperative and ignores the nurse, but the Nazheen nurse still tries to
communicate with the patient. In this film there is also a story line where work safety incidents
occur that must be reported to the responsible department. This nurse film also shows the role
of the nurse as an advocate with good therapeutic communication. The role of an advocate as
a nurse must be carried out so that this.
