the patient's house, the patient leaves the patient instead, the nurse becomes annoyed
because the patient who needs help is left alone by the doctor. Doctors only play on their cell
phones, they don't care about their patients and don't help critical patients. These critical
patients really need help from medical personnel, especially doctors. Furthermore, nurse Jackie
advised doctors not to give up their responsibilities, because the doctor's responsibility is to
treat patients who need help to recover from their illnesses. from the video, the collaboration
of nurses and doctors is not just colleagues, but also reminds each other if we are wrong, just
like us and our siblings, reminding each other if we make mistakes, advising each other and
embracing or inviting money to be even better. So that their respective roles are complete,
because the role of nurses is to care for and help patients to quickly recover from their disease
or return to normal health as before. While doctors also have to care for and treat patients, the
main role of doctors is to treat, treat patients directly, determine drugs. drugs in accordance
with the patient's disease.

Judging from the scene of the film, this nurse Jackie is a tough nurse in facing the problems she
faces tirelessly and is always sincere in helping her patients, the safety or recovery of patients is
the main thing and the thing that makes nurse Jackie happy, because she is able to help, help
and caring for the patient to recover from his illness, and trying to survive despite the problems
at home, but he did not see the sadness in place Work, household problems or personal
problems that she experiences do not affect Jackie's poorly at work, namely as a health worker
(nurse) when she arrives at the agency or hospital where she works, she will forget the
problems she faces, both household problems and problems. other personal.

For her, her job as a nurse must maintain the ethics of politeness, friendliness and other
praiseworthy ethics which greatly influence the patient's recovery, and nurse Jackie also always
communicates with therapeutic communication that makes clients / patients feel comfortable
when communicating with nurses, because patients feel that the nurse is like her own friend
where she can confide in and tell anything to nurse Jackie, and she likes to help collaborate
with other health workers in order to create work safety among colleagues and colleagues in
the world of health. and for the patient to recover quickly. Because there is good collaboration
and communication between nurses and nurses as well as doctors and nurses as well as nurses
and patients, it will affect the safety and recovery of patients.
