Some say that because many people are living much longer, the age at which people

retire from work should be raised considerably. To what extent do you agree or
disagree?
Research acknowledge that compared to old dotage, nowadays, people are more likely to
live much longer. That lift a fact gonvernment's thing: should we accrued the retirement age?
In my view, I disagree with the fact that, the end of the service age should be increased considering the
higher living index.

It has been seen that, a lot of people seem much healthier close to their retirement age
and are willing to continue their services, but, due to fix service tenure they have to retire. For example, most of
businessmen could not company with their family because they are engaged in the busy business, so they can
create more memory with their family if they can retireearlier. Therefore, remaining the standard of the retire
age can have a lot of advantages for both young and elderly people. On the other hand, increasing the
retirementagewould cause discouragement amid the young and employees who are working hard so as to
climb up in their career ladder since large numberof older people are holding top positions. Thus, as it is
difficult to be employed in top positions ofthe government, most successful entrepreneurs have commenced
their respective business. Furthermore, thismay cause in the increase of the redundancy rate in society as more
youngsters face difficulties while finding a job. Moreover

, there are
such
tough professions,
such
as firefighters, that it is unfair to ask them to work more. All we have a job to live on, but few works for human
beings and development.
Life
after
retirement
means the respect for
such
kind of people. It demonstrates how the government appreciates the value of employees who have worked
hard for a long time. In conclusion, giving either agreement or disagreement is very difficult, since it requires a
great
life
experience. The best final decision,
however
, should be up to those who are going to retire.
