Some people are of the opinion that dedication towards one organisation is an ideal career
choice. However, others are opposed to this idea, claiming that job hopping is better. While the
former could be justified for some reasons, I am inclined towards the latter.

Body 1: I can understand why it is such an ideal option to dedicate your lifelong career life for
one corporation. Advocates of this idea believe that they are more likely to work effectively in a
comfort area that they have been affiliated with attached to for a period of time. This is due to
the fact that the longer as long as a person is employedworks in a company, the wider as wider
and steadier circle of relationship they will achieve as they will be able to work with their familiar
colleagues. Therefore, they will be accustomed to their working environment and can
cooperate better with their colleagues, eventually attaincreate   a better job satisfaction and
incentive. Furthermore, staying stable in a job means that people are able to have a bright
career prospects and career progression. This is because their professional recognition and
knowledge of a particular area is increase. This results in their perks, promotion, insurance,
pension and experience. MẠNH

Body 2: However, I would side with those who believe that….

However, I would side with those who argue that job hopping is more beneficial for labor. One
reason is that people can challenge themselves in diverse environments. They may gain
experience and various essential skills. For instance, young college graduates will experience
more personal growth from changing jobs frequently than staying in a particular job for an
extended period, and they can naturally acquirecreate an adaptable skill as well as wide
network, which are the keys tofor their career progression in a rapidly changing world. Another
reason is that working for various organisations may offer attractive remuneration or promotion.
The position and achievements in further jobs that they reach may enhance them to enjoy a
bright career prospect and feelings of rewarding job. This leads to more and more young people
appreciatingto appreciate the experience., and enjoy this trend.
Conclusion:
In conclusion, my firm conviction is that job hoppers areing is more likely to be successful and
prosperous if they work for different organizations . In the future,…
