Also really important is to sleep enough. Many effects of a lack of sleep, such as feeling grumpy and not working at your best, are well known, but also it can cause some serious deceases. Everyone has their own perfect sweet spot. Find yours and stick to it. Moreover, no less important is food. If we want to live longer, we should eat more vegetables, fruits, not to overeat, avoid fast food, drink enough water… But if you have some mixed feelings about it then you need to know, that it’s only recommendations and it doesn’t mean that we must have some diet. Of course we can eat something like fast food or a lot of meat, but it shouldn’t happen time after time if we want to live to 100. And also we need to be more physically active.
