UNHEALTHY LIFE

Nowadays, a very small percentage of people eat properly, while a larger percentage eat unhealthy.
And all that unhealthy eating is harmful to humans, and most importantly they become obese.

Well, the real problem is that most people don't pay attention to exercise, and most importantly, they
don't pay attention to the food they eat. For example, they replace walking with driving, lying at home,
so they can replace it with exercise, because exercise is half health. In addition to lying down all the
time, they eat fast food all the time, even though it is harmful to them. But they take all the risks despite
all the diseases, even though they can become obese.

So, we can conclude that if we want everything to be in order with our health, we must do our best.
That means we need to exercise, and of course be careful with food. All this will help us to have a
healthy life. And not only that, we need to look good in front of others. Proper nutrition and exercise are
the two things that can prevent all the risks of most diseases, it is the key to a better life. But the most
important thing of all this is that we must have a desire, if there is no desire, we should not even start
with this. After the first results of the progress, you will see that if you want, everything is possible.
