Health

According to Bogor District Health Office, Health is a state of physical, mental,


and social well-being that enables everyone to live productively socially and
economically. In my opinion, health is the number one aspect of life because if we are
healthy, we can do all activities well without distractions and obstacles. health is very
important because we can do all activities if we are healthy. we will also be excited to
do this activity because our body is strong, if we are sick then in doing work will be
lethargic and unenthusiastic. therefore health is very important.
Body health is very important in undergoing activities both in terms of physical
or mental health is the main capital in carrying out activities in undergoing life. Health
is a fundamental thing in human life. Many people are sick and their families are
sacrificing all their possessions them to seek healing. So important is the meaning of
health so there are people who would rather die than be unhealthy can not do anything
(Refdinal, 2006: 2). In the body there are healthy and sick conditions, which are very
healthy depends on the condition of the balance of the elements that exist in the body
humans, if the body's balance is disturbed it will result in a condition an unhealthy body
which will cause illnesses that can inhibits the activities of daily life, can result in
thoughts disturbed. In general, pain is a state of self and unbalanced environment. Thus
if someone cannot maintain self-balance and the environment, or organisms not
functioning as it should, the person can be said to be sick (Siodjang, 1993/1994: 2).
The main problem in the field is that many people ignore the importance of
health itself. although the effects of neglecting health are also quite dangerous. for
example people are more interested in going to the mall than exercising, indeed going to
the mall is fun but the fun is only for a moment. if we exercise we can invest in health
for the future for old age. The reason they ignore health varies, among others, lazy, not
passionate, and others. indeed to maintain health depends on the commitment of the
person himself, but it would be nice to continue to maintain health wherever you are and
whatever your condition.
The impact of a healthy body for us is that we will have an ideal body, fit,
healthy, etc. so we can do all activities well and can finish them. with a healthy body we
can also provide positive energy to friends around us, positive energy in the form of us
smiling to them, greeting, joking, playing, and doing fun things with our friends. of

course this can only be done if we are healthy and not sick and with a healthy body, we
will not miss the best moments that may occur in your life.
Conversely, if our body is sick, we can not do much activity, our body will be
lethargic, and not excited because our body is in bad condition, this bad body is the
effect of us who do not maintain health. if we are already sick we cannot play, joke, do
errands, etc. with our friends. we will be preoccupied with conditions where we have to
take medicine regularly in one day, things like this are certainly not everyone's dream,
especially because the world is now panicking in the presence of COVID-19. This virus
is very dangerous and attacks especially people who have weak immunity, to get strong
immunity, of course we have to exercise and eat healthy food, aka adopt a healthy
lifestyle and maintain cleanliness to avoid this virus. COVID-19 in Indonesia has
exceeded 1,000 more with a population of over 80 deaths. This shows how dangerous
this virus is and therefore let us maintain health and cleanliness in our lives and don't
forget to just stay home.
To get a healthy life, we only need to maintain our healthy lifestyle, such as
regular exercise, maintain our diet, get enough rest, and maintain cleanliness. things like
that are simple but will be complex if not done with great intentions. keep your diet by
eating foods that contain protein, carbohydrates, fat, etc. with sufficient levels with our
body, don't overdo it because it will have a negative impact on our body too.
As millennials, we must promote the importance of maintaining a healthy life
because it is for the common good and the good of each individual as well by way of
socializing to people at least their own families about the importance of maintaining
health and the dangers if we neglect health. and we can also initiate to hold sports
together every Friday or every Sunday morning so that the portion of our exercise
regularly so that we have a healthy body and our health is maintained.
