Health is The Key of Life

Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well being and not merely
rhe absence of disease or infirmity. the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health
is one of the fundamental rights of every human being without distinction of race,
religion,political belief,economic or social condition.
Health to me is about physical health and mental health. To be physically healthy you
give your body what it needs such as food (nutrients), water, and exercise. Also important for
the body is self care like keeping clean and giving your body rest when it needs it (sleeping
enough). Mental health to me is being in a good state of mind but also knowing and having
the tools to help yourself when you exit that good state of mind (in simplest terms). What
does health mean too me Is your body has too stay fit your body needs to have lots of water
and nutritionist. I like being active and doing sports like swimming and doing softball. Being
alert with your body because your body is changing and your metabolism because you get old
it slows down. What does health mean too me is Being active with my family and friends.
Health too me is being happy for you are.
Cells are the fundamental units of all living organisms. They are made up of a variety
of chemical substances. Cells move from place to place. Even if the cell is not moving, a lot
of repairing still goes on within it. Besides this, there are various specialized activities in our
body, like the heart pumps blood, the kidney filters the urine, the brain is constantly thinking,
the lungs help in breathing. This way, there is a lot of interconnectedness between the various
organs in our body. For all these activities, our body needs energy and raw material. Food is
necessary for cell and tissue functioning. Therefore, if you are not well, all your bodily
activities start getting hampered.
Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well being. For a healthy life
cycle, a person needs to have a balanced diet and has to regularly exercise. One must also live
in a proper shelter, take enough sleep and have good hygiene habits. So, how do we ensure
that we are doing all the right things to have a good health? Let’s spread the awareness for the
importance of health:
The health of all organisms depends on their surrounding or their environment. Our social
environment is an important factor in our individual health.
Public cleanliness is important for individual health. Therefore, we must ensure that we
collect and clear the garbage regularly. We must also contact an agency who can take the
responsibility of clearing the drains. Without this, you could severely affect your health.
We need food for health and for food, we will have to earn money by doing work. For this,
the opportunity to do work has to be available. Good economic condition and jobs are,
therefore, needed for individual health
We need to be happy in order to be truly healthy. If we mistreat each other and are afraid of
each other, we cannot be healthy or happy. Social equality and harmony are important for
individual health.
Now, healthy living is defined by the healthy choices that you make on a daily basis.
It is those choices that keep you healthy, not only physically but also mentally and spiritually.

community in order to help reinforce it. A healthy community encourages families and

people. When you refer to healthy communities, you are talking about communities wherein
people are working together to establish favorable conditions and environments that would

transportation, secure homes, excellent job opportunities, healthy and fun recreational
activities, and first-rate education, to everyone. It also provides these things to people in the

To put it simply, healthy communities equate to countless healthy and beneficial
opportunities for its members.
Health means to me is when your physical and mental state are good. Both are just as
important. Mentally, you should be a positive person. Physically, you should eat good and
excercise. When a person is only healthy in one way then they aren't really a healthy person.
Lifestyle is a way used by people, groups and nations and is formed in specific geographical,
economic, political, cultural and religious text. Lifestyle is referred to the characteristics of
inhabitants of a region in special time and place. It includes day to day behaviors and
functions of individuals in job, activities, fun and diet. In recent decades, life style as an
important factor of health is more interested by researchers. According to WHO, 60% of
related factors to individual health and quality of life are correlated to lifestyle (1). Millions
of people follow an unhealthy lifestyle. Hence, they encounter illness, disability and even
death. Problems like metabolic diseases, joint and skeletal problems, cardio-vascular
diseases, hypertension, overweight, violence and so on, can be caused by an unhealthy
lifestyle. The relationship of lifestyle and health should be highly considered.
