In Celia’s condition, health lacks in mental, emotional, and physical well-being. In order
to maintain a healthy state of being, she must require care and attention but failed to do so. In her
case, it includes a lack of emotional support, physical abuse by her spouse, knowledge
deficit about optimal mother and child care. Due to a lack of financial support, her family was
forced to borrow money to cover fare and hospital charges. Unfortunately, she lost both her child
and herself.
Not the aim of living, but a resource for everyday life. Health is a positive term that
emphasizes social and personal resources in addition to physical abilities. This suggests that
health is a means to an end, rather than an end in itself, for an individual's function in society. A
healthy lifestyle gives the ability to live a full, meaningful life. The two most usually involved in
Celia’s mental and physical health. Overall Celia’s health is influenced by spiritual, emotional,
and financial well-being. It linked these to her stress levels and her inability to strengthen her
mental and physical health. Because many psychological terms are based on her sense of
experience, defining mental health is more difficult than defining physical health.
Physical and mental health are intimately connected. It has an impact on a person's ability
to execute routine responsibilities and can lead to despair and stress. It's vital to consider "health"
as a whole rather than as a collection of different components. All aspects of health are
interconnected, and people should strive for general well-being and balance as the foundations of
good health that Celia didn’t achieved during her living.
Discuss the factors affecting health.
•Income and social status - higher income and social status are linked to better health.
•Education – low education levels are linked with poor health, more stress and lower self
confidence.
•Physical environment – safe water and clean air, healthy workplaces, safe houses,
communities and roads all contribute to good health.
•Employment and working conditions – people in employment are healthier, particularly those
who have more control over their working conditions
•Social support networks – greater support from families, friends and communities is linked to
better health.
•Culture - customs and traditions, and the beliefs of the family and community all affect health.
•Genetics - inheritance plays a part in determining lifespan, healthiness and the likelihood of
developing certain illnesses.
Personal behaviour and coping skills – balanced eating, keeping active, smoking, drinking, and
how we deal with life’s stresses and challenges all affect health.
•Health services - access and use of services that prevent and treat disease influences health
•Gender - Men and women suffer from different types of diseases at different ages.
5. Action is required for health promotion: to educate others on how they can maintain their
health to address the growing factors in the community that have the greatest impact on health
and well-being so that they can be assisted
