I, RONALD C. MANGUERA, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, married

and a resident of #441 Eskina Street, Brgy. Lalawigan,Samal, Bataan, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say
that:

1. I am the same person executing this Counter-Affidavit and the

accused in the above-captioned case;

2. I vehemently and strongly deny the charges imputed against me as

alleged in the Joint Affidavit of Arrest
