.• Check your PPE, Area barricade, Signage & communication means.
• Forecast the weather & inspect the ground condition.
• Inspect all crane and lifting accessories with TPI certificate
• Sign the TBM sheet and provide all items as per work permit requirement
• Keep crane access routes clear, safe distance, and prohibit unauthorized entry.
• No lift can proceed without an approved Lifting Plan
• If you hear or see any crane warning alarms then report this to your supervisor immediately
• Do not ask the crane driver directly to lift something.
• Know the weight of the load to be lifted, Don’t forget to include the weight of lifting
accessories
• Avoid simultaneous operations unless it has approval by Samsung HSE Manager
• Never carry an un permitted and un planned work.
