In reference to the above subject, you are requested to give your lowest rate per Job for
the following work on dated 03.11.2020 before 10:00 am and the he quotation will be opened
same day at 10:30am sharp.

2 The rates are valid for 90 days.
3 Fax/Telegraphic quotations are not entertained.
4 The undersigned reserve the right to cancel the Quotation/Quotations.
5 The quantity may be increased or decreased.
6 If The amount of tender exceeds from 50000/-
50000/ then you have to Deposit Rs 5000/-in

shape of DD as earnest money with tender documents that will be shifted in the
security for the Time of 3 months from the completion of work
