8. How important and the contribution of this job to the organization?

Our interview went smoothly, the first thing we do is we search the people who
will be interviewed by us and then we ask the the people when he can do the
interview, to confirm the schedule and ask if we also can record the interview for our
group assignment. After that, we create and arrange the question and the interview
content. From the interview we collect some information about the job holder that got
interviewed by us and making transcript from the conversation, making the job
description and this report.
