My Teaching Philosophy

By Sugar Rey Rumart G. Remotigue

For the past several centuries, decades, and

millennia the school learning process considered to be
the undesirable one. The lessons did not adjust to its
perpetuators capabilities. At some instances the chalk and
talk and corporal punishment where mere accepted.
Teachers were taught to teach but forgotten to reach.
Teachers were taught to serve but forgotten how to
embrace.

To be the new millennial teacher means to obtain

the heart of a true teacher. To find the accumulating
potentials and let it fosters. To help them envisioned the
capabilities and possibilities of who they want to be. To
welcome them to the door of opportunities without the
problem of constrains. To become not just a hero, but
also a hero that matters.

To become part of such genuine profession is such

an honor. I should be able to create an atmosphere where
the teaching encourage the class to discuss and students
to interact. Accept and embrace all uniqueness and
specialness. Build positivity and connectivity where all
can act and develop. Guiding them to accomplish things
and succeed throughout all challenges.

I don’t have any dream to pursue, but to let them

pass all through. I don’t need credentials for all I’ve
done, but all I want is a picture of who they become. I
don’t want any more surprises, but just a smile in their
faces. Lastly, I don’t need rewards, but to help them
reaching to the top and that is what so called success. To
determine their outside and inside affiliation given
chance to prosper gives one true impact to be as a future
teacher. All that really matters is there way to becoming
successful.
